Refund & Return Policy

At Zomo.ae, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with original packaging

  • The product must not be damaged, washed, or altered

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to arrange the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
